DP 4.3 INTOXICATION

(a)           Any participant who appears intoxicated will be ejected from the match/field of play and surrounding area.  The ejected individual must leave the field of play immediately and is not to return or approach the official at any time.  It will be at the discretion of the official to determine whether a participant appears to be intoxicated.  An individual ejected for intoxication will receive a minimum one game suspension for the first offense, and a two game suspension for the second offense as per Schedule A.  Additional sanctions will be applied in situations where the participant continues to dispute the decision or brings the game in to disrepute.
