Each senior affiliated team in good standing will be given one vote for each Indoor 2024-2025 team and each Outdoor 2025 team registered with the SAS. (Only one vote is granted per person in attendance).
All fees must be paid to be classified as a member in “good standing". New participants that are currently registered shall have a voice but no vote.
REGISTRATION
To attend, please register by 4:00pm on Monday, December 8, 2025 via the AGM registration form.
Voting delegates must have been registered to the team during one of the above seasons to be eligible to vote and they may not represent a team for more than one season or represent more than one team. (Only one vote per delegate.)
Both the team and voting delegate must be in good standing with SAS.
NOMINEES
Eight (8) positions were open for election this year: Vice President, Finance Director and six (6) director positions.
The nomination deadline is November 15 annually.
