FINAL ALIGNMENT

Appeals are not offered after the Final Alignment.

We hope you can understand the process and effort of the SAS board and staff to place your team in the appropriate division with the teams involved.

TEAM WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES/REFUND POLICY

Penalties will not be charged to teams that withdraw their registration by the team registration deadline.  The following schedule of penalties will be in effect if a team withdraws from the SAS League after the registration deadline:

1 - 2 calendar days after the registration deadline: $100 fine
3 - 7 calendar days after the registration deadline: $500 fine
8 - 21 calendar days after the registration deadline: 50% of Total Fees*
22 - 28 calendar days after the registration deadline: 75% of Total Fees*
29 calendar days or more after the registration deadline: 100% of Total Fees*

* If not all instalments or full team fees were originally paid, the outstanding fees will be disbursed among the players listed on the roster and include the team contact if they are not a player. Participants will be blacklisted until payment is received. The Individual Player Registration fee will not be refunded.

TEAM ACTIVATION

Your team will be activated when Individual Player Registration opens.

Players cannot register until Wednesday, September 16.

SCHEDULING CONSIDERATIONS

Please send your scheduling considerations for the indoor season to info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com BY Monday, August 24 BY NOON.

Scheduling considerations are a maximum of two (2) DATES that you would like us to avoid scheduling a game on for your team.

Please note that this is simply a consideration, and not a guarantee. Examples: Sept 30, Oct 31, Nov 16 (post-Barnstone), Jan 25 (post-Chills), Feb 14.

LEAGUE BLACK OUT DATES

November 11

December 21 - January 3

February 12 - 15

GAME START DATE & SCHEDULE RELEASE

The season kicks of Friday, September 25 with our Coed league.

All other leagues will begin Sunday, September 27.

The schedule will be released a week prior to the start dates.
