Saskatoon Adult Soccer - Field Lining Request Application
Please use this form to submit your Field Lining request. SAS will contact you prior to your event date with a quote and to confirm availability of our Field Liners.
*NOTE: All Fields should be separated into individual fields below - even if they are Half-Field sizes. (Field #1, Field #2, etc).

The paint colour will be yellow for all lining, except a Full size field, which will be white.

A $150 initial payment must be supplied at the time of the request. We can accept payment in cash, or by e-transfer to info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com with the password 'soccer'. The request will not be considered until all requirements are met.

Any Equipment Deposits must be sent by EFT at the time of the request and must be separate from the survey/painting EFT.

Full payment (less deposit) via EFT must be supplied within 24 hours of receiving the quote.

There is an automatic surcharge of $200 if the request is less than 14 business days prior to the start of the event, $400 if less than 7 business days and $500 if less than 5 business days. This must be included in the initial deposit fee.

Each additional site visit (after the initial lining) by the Field Liner to a location is a $50 surcharge, per visit, per location.
