Player ID Cards

Players are required to have photo ID at every game in order to be allowed to play.

Acceptable forms of Photo ID at games: Saskatoon Adult Soccer Player ID Card or Canadian* Government issued photo ID.

Unacceptable forms: Pictures on your phone of your ID. The Photo ID must be present.

Players may submit a headshot via email accompanied by their government issued photo ID to obtain a player ID card.

Email: info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com with:

1. Photo

2. Government Issued Photo ID  - not only Canadian* / any official Government ID.

3. $20 E-transfer with Registered Player Name

* At a game, only Canadian Issued Photo ID can be used to verify your identity. To make a Player ID Card, we can review all official Government supplied photo ID but reserve the right to request a different form of ID.

Please expect photo ID cards a minimum of 3 - 5 business days to complete from having received the request.

Player ID Cards

$18.02 + taxes = 20.00 each.

Cash or e-transfer.

Government issued Photo ID required.

Monday - Friday

9am - 4pm

  • We now accept Government issued Photo ID but we still recommend obtaining a Player ID card.

  • Photo ID/ID Cards are presented to the referee before the start of every game.

  • You must have your Government Issued Photo ID or Player ID card present in order to play in a game.

  • A picture of your Player ID Card is not acceptable for you to play.

  • Player ID cards no longer expire. Please ignore the expiry date.

  • Player ID cards must be legible and still look like you. If your appearance has changed or the player ID card is worn out, the referees will not allow you to play. A new card is required.

  • A new card is required if your name has changed. Your registered name and the name on your player ID card must correspond to each other.

  • If you were recently married, and your surname changed, you can get a new Player ID card with your new surname at NO CHARGE. You just need to provide us with your old card and a piece of updated Government Issued Photo ID.

  • We no longer provide Exemption Letters because we will accept Government Issued Photo IDs for you to play.

  • ID cards are made in the Saskatoon Adult Soccer office. Please call us @ 306-975-3427 or email info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com for more information.

Our office is located at 150 Nelson Road in the Saskatoon Sports Centre.

Please use the buzzer on the exterior South doors by the turf field to access the building.

You will find us on the second level through the Administration Offices door.
