Late Registration: Allowed until November 30, subject to availability and a late fee of $50. Late registrants join existing “New Player” teams as space allows. Total fees aside from late fee will be prorated.

Full season fee is paid at registration and includes the Individual Player Registration (IPR) fee ($45).

2. Refund Policy
The IPR fee portion is non-refundable.
100% of team fee portion prior to Registration Deadline;
95% refund of team fee portion before Initial Alignment;
75% refund before Final Alignment;
50% after Final Alignment but before season start;
no refund once the given league’s season starts.
TEAM FORMATION PROTOCOL
Team Creation: The league pools all individual registrants and aims to form teams of 15-20 players each.
Balancing: Players are distributed by skill and position preference. Goalkeepers will be spread across teams.
Team Contact and Captain: The league requires at least one player from each group as Team Contact and Captain. The Team Contact manages communication and collects player availability weekly.
Jerseys/Uniforms: SAS will provide a matching team jersey/shirt (included in registration fee). Players will keep the jersey after the season.

Scheduling: Same as league registered
Matches: Same as league registered. We aim for one 55-minute game per week coordinating with league Night of Play.
PLAYER COMMITMENT | EXPECTATIONS | RULES
Weekly RSVP: Each player must confirm availability via league app/website by 48 hours before game time.
Minimum games to remain active: Players must attend at least 50% of regular season matches. Those below 50% may be placed on a “standby list” for the next season the player registers through the New Player system.
Last-minute Cancellation Policy
Two “no-show” (fail to cancel before game day) results in a warning.
Three no-shows = suspended for the remainder of the season without refund.
Discipline Policy
Second Offence suspension = suspended for the remainder of the season without refund.
Substitute/Permit Players: Follow regular league rules.
WAITLIST | OVERFLOW PROTCOL
If more individuals register than spots available, a waitlist is created.
Waitlist priority: First-come, first-served with exceptions for full time experienced Goalkeepers.
If a registered player withdraws, the first waitlisted player replaces them with prorated fee.
Players not placed may roll over their registration to the next season or receive a full refund.
Players may register separately as a Free Agent while waiting for team placement.

LEAGUE CONTACT | DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Designated Staff: A league staff member coordinates team formation and assists the players and Team Contact.
Disputes: Playing time, captain disagreements, injury claims should be resolved internally with the team and Team Contact.
Rules & Discipline: Our rules and discipline policy steer the league and are followed by the staff without prejudice or exception.
GOVERNING BODY | REFEREES
Governing body: The league also adheres to the Saskatchewan Soccer Association policies.
Referee Association: We work closely with the Saskatoon & District Soccer Referee Association (SDSRAI). The SDSRAI has jurisdiction over the match officials to train, mentor, manage, and discipline as necessary.
