Third Party Tournament - Sanctioned with Saskatoon Adult Soccer / Saskatchewan Soccer Association

Saskatoon World Cup (SWC) is an annual turf tournament held at the Saskatoon Sports Centre May long weekend. This year's dates are: May 15 - 18, 2026.
 
SWC hosts Men's, Women's, Masters (M35+/W30+) and Legends (M45+) teams.

All players and team personnel must be at least 18 years old.

Every team must register in RAMP and every player must add themselves to their team's roster.

Your Team Contact will provide the Team Code once SWC IPR is open.

SWC players CANNOT permit to our league. Players must be on a league team to permit.

PLAYER/TEAM PERSONNEL GOOD STANDING

All players must be in good standing to partake in any sanctioned events. Please visit our Suspensions / Not in Good Standing page to see if a player is not in good standing with SAS.

Violent Conduct and Foul & Abusive Language suspensions prohibit players from participation in SWC.

Any other suspensions must seek approval from SWC and SAS.

PLAYER/TEAM PERSONNEL SUSPENSIONS DURING TOURNAMENT

Any players receiving a direct red are prohibited from partaking in any additional matches throughout the tournament.

Appeals for suspensions cannot be made during the tournament.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

Every game players must present photo identification to the Match Officials.

Photo identification (ID) is required by all participants and will be checked by the official prior to every game.

Players and Team Personnel must therefore possess a valid form of Canadian issued photo identification. SAS Player ID Cards are permitted. A Canadian issued Driver’s Licence that has been hole punched due to having expired is also permitted.

A picture of a Photo ID is not acceptable.

TEAM REGISTRATION IN RAMP

All teams competing in SWC must register their team in RAMP.

Once your team is confirmed entry into the SWC by the SWC organizing body, they will provide you with a password to register your team in RAMP.

Players cannot add themselves to your team until the date listed above.

TEAM PERSONNEL / STAFF / COACH REGISTRATION

The Saskatoon World Cup Tournament is sanctioned, and therefore everyone on the bench must be registered with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (or their given provincial association) by way of a Member Organization such as Saskatoon Adult Soccer (SAS), and be at least 18 years of age.

All Team Personnel must add themselves to their team's roster in RAMP with a limit of 5 personnel.

The $11.10 fee is non-refundable.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION (IPR)

The Saskatoon World Cup Tournament is sanctioned, and therefore all players must be registered with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (or their given provincial association) by way of a Member Organization such as Saskatoon Adult Soccer (SAS).

EVERYONE (including coaches or any personnel on the bench) must be registered to participate in the tournament and be at least 18 years old.

Every Player must add themselves to their team's roster in RAMP.

The $45 Individual Player Registration fee is non-refundable.
