Welcome to Outdoor 2026! Individual Player & Staff Registration is now open!

You can add yourself to your team!

All individuals participating in the Outdoor 2026 season are required to register themselves via the Individual Player registration form or the Team Personnel (staff) registration form.

Your team contact will supply you with the Team Code or Team Link required for you to register.

Upon registration, players and team personnel will be automatically added to the team roster.

 

ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY.

E-TRANSFERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR INDIVIDUAL PLAYER OR STAFF/TEAM PERSONNEL FEES.

If you need to pay via cash, you can at the office. Please allow for additional time to register.

 

REGISTRATIONS

There are two registrations pertaining to individuals in our league:

1. Individual Player Registration (IPR)

2. Staff/Team Personnel Registration (STPR)

The player form is separate from the team personnel form. A team personnel registration does not allow the registrant to play in a game. It allows admittance to the bench.

 

REGISTRATION ACTIVATION

Registrants must hit SUBMIT for their registration to be completed. Verify your registration!

During the current season, each registration is only paid once regardless of the number of teams you are playing on.

Each registration must be done individually. Players cannot register on two teams at once - each team has a different code.

Registration as a Player and Team Personnel also cannot be completed at once.

Each team, each registration done must be done separately.

Outdoor registration events include: our SAS league, Saskatoon World Cup, and any other outdoor sanctioned tournaments.

SWP registration was for indoor, and therefore is not an outdoor registration. Players will need to register for Outdoor to be eligible this season.

 

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION

Anyone participating in the game as a player must register prior to playing.

The $45 player fee is non-refundable. 

All participants must provide photo ID at all games. Pictures on your phone of your ID are not acceptable.

STAFF / TEAM PERSONNEL REGISTRATION

If anyone is Team Personnel on a team other than the team they are playing, and is on the team bench, they are required to register as Team Personnel too.

The $11.10 team personnel fee is non-refundable.

Team Personnel must register under the “Staff Registration” and must provide ID at the games. They must also be at least 15 years of age to be on your team’s bench. Children are not allowed.

Everyone on the bench must be registered as either a player or as a team personnel (manager, trainer, etc.).
