What's new this season? Many things!

Oct. 15, 2020

Welcome back!

We are happy to be back for indoor, and look forward to seeing everyone on the field! In order for us to be able to continue offering games, we need your help and cooperation.

Please follow our guidelines made in association with Saskatchewan Soccer, Saskatchewan Health and the Business Response Team as well as Saskatoon Youth Soccer and the Saskatoon Soccer Centre. We all want to keep everyone safe, and our leagues active!

MASKS

Masks are mandatory to enter both buildings and must be worn in all common areas of both buildings except for:

  • field of play;
  • player benches;
  • change/green rooms.

In only these areas, it is your personal preference if they be worn.

Masks must be worn by anyone 4 years old and up.

Note: Buffs and scarves are not sufficient. It must be a mask or face shield.

ARRIVAL

Players may only access their change room 10 minutes before their game. Please come dressed to play.

For boarded leagues, you will have access to a change room before and after your game. However, you will not have a key for your room. Please bring a bag to put in your outdoor shoes and other items if you choose to take any belongs to the bench. Please vacate your room as quickly as possible after your game.

For turf leagues, you will have access to a change room before your game only. Please bring a bag to put your outdoor shoes and other items. Those items must be taken to the bench with you. There is no access to a room after your game.

GAME TIME

Players may not enter the field until their allotted time. Please stay in your change rooms until game time to allow disinfecting and set up to take place. Warm up cannot take place off the field.

LOUNGE

The lounge will be open! Titanics are available! Again, masks are required unless eating or drinking in the lounge.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Food and beverages are only allowed in the lounge apart from water on the player benches and green/change rooms.

Food and beverage consumption are prohibited from all other areas of both buildings.

SPECTATORS

We encourage players to not bring their children to games. (Reminder: children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.)

Also, please encourage your cheering squad to stay home as well. If they choose to attend, please be sure to update them on our mask policy, and our contract tracing form. Also, only one spectator can attend per player. You cannot bring two, even if a player on your team did not bring a spectator.

CONTACT TRACING

A contract tracing form can be found at admissions for all spectators to fill out upon entry and exit. Players and officials are recorded via the game sheet, and therefore do not need to fill it out.

In the event there is a positive test, Saskatchewan Health will notify any persons that may have been in contact.

SELF-ASSESSMENT

Remember to perform a self-assessment of your health. Do NOT attend your game if you answer YES to any of the below questions.

  1. Do you have any of the following symptoms:
  • fever (greater than 38.0C);
