Astra Academy - Women's Skills Session

ASTRA is running Adult Soccer Skills sessions for women and also coed sessions for 6 weeks between the end of indoor and the start of outdoor adult soccer league.

Depending on the number of registrants, they will group according to age demographics.

Adult Soccer Skills Sessions - Women

Sessions will be designed to refresh your skills in preparation for the outdoor season (i.e. ball skills, shooting, passing, movement, simple tactical concepts).

Sessions will take place on the turf fields and in the shooting boxes at the ASTRA Soccer Academy Facility. They will be run by ASTRA certified coaching staff. Turf shoes, cleats or indoor soccer shoes or runners are appropriate for the fields.

Registration Deadline: Friday, Mar. 25/2022

Location: ASTRA Soccer Academy, 630-56th Street East, Saskatoon

Day: Mondays

Dates: Mar. 28, Apr, 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2 (6 sessions)

Time: 7 - 8 pm

Cost: $95.00

Adult Soccer Skills Sessions - Coed

Day: Tuesdays

Dates: Mar. 29, Apr, 5, 12, 19, 26, May 3 (6 sessions)

Time: 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Cost: $95.00

To register:

1. CLICK HERE to login to your RAMP account (if you played with SAS in the last two seasons, you will have a RAMP account so you can use your email and password to login) or create an account if you have not registered through RAMP with a soccer organization.

2. Click on 'Available Participant Packages'

3. Scroll down to find the '2022 Outdoor Season' packages.

4. Scroll down below the youth packages to fine the 'Adult Skills Sessions (Adult Women)' or 'Adult Skills Sessions (Adult Coed)'

5. Click on 'Register Now'

6. Choose or add a 'Family Member to Register'

7. 'Choose your packages' - Adult Skills Session should already be checked off.

8. Click 'Continue'

9. Review the waivers and compliance section (note with the restrictions lifted for COVID protocols, masks are optional and up to the participant, no proof of vaccinations or COVID tests are required)

10. Sign and check off that you accept the Terms and Conditions.

11. Click continue

12. Answer the required questions for Sask Soccer and for the coaching staff. Just put N/A if not applicable. If you play in the local adult soccer league then you would put SAS as the organization (Saskatoon Adult Soccer). Put 'none' if there are no medical issues or previous injuries coaches should be aware of.

13. Click continue.

14. Review your information.

15. Choose a payment type. If paying by e-transfer please send to chris@astrasoccer.ca. Please note that we require payment within 7 days of registration to confirm your spot.

16. Click 'Submit Registration'

You should see a 'Registration Complete' screen next and you should receive an email confirming your registration for the program.
