NOTICE OF SASKATOON ADULT SOCCER (SAS) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
6:00pm on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022

This is the time to express your concerns and share your vision for the direction of the association. Please have your team represented at the meeting.
AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUION
None at this time.
VOTING
Each SAS team in good standing* will be given one vote for each season in the corresponding fiscal year: Indoor 2021-2022 and Outdoor 2022.
Only one vote is granted per person in attendance and that person must have played with the team and must also be in good standing.
*All fees must be paid to be classified as good standing.
ELECTION
There are 7 positions open for election this year: President (2-year term), and 6 Director positions (2-year terms).
The nomination deadline was October 15 as shared with the membership on September 15.
We received one nomination for role of President. As such, Sheldon Mathies returns by acclamation. Welcome back, Sheldon!
We received nominations for the director roles but not more than vacant seats. Therefore, those nominated have earned their position by acclamation and include:
- Erin Hopkins - Shola Kareem
- Ray Hassan - Sue Mack-Klinger
- Thomas Oakes - Stephan Simon
