As per the SAS Rules & Regulations: 20.0 Rescheduling Games, please complete the form below to apply for a Reschedule.  We will do our best to accommodate your request!

Please note:

• We will not accept Reschedule Requests after January 31 for the indoor season and June 30 for the outdoor season unless the request is the result of the office rescheduling a game.
• The Reschedule Request form and fees must be submitted prior to the scheduled game. Games will NOT be considered if less than the required notice is given.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee that your game will be rescheduled.

F.       Reschedule Requests may be submitted to SAS at the following rates:

i)        10 or more business days prior to the game for $30 (including taxes)

ii)       7 to 9 business days prior to the game for $55 (including taxes)

Note: Due to the increasing demands of field time and scheduling time constraints, SAS reserves the right to deny ANY rescheduled requests.
