Teams are allowed ONE reschedule request per season as per section 24 of our Rules & Regulations.
Games will NOT be considered unless the fee and reschedule request form have both been received by the SAS office. SSC Soccer Centre admission staff do not qualify as SAS staff.
The Reschedule Requests rates are the following:
- 10 or more business days prior to the game for $27.03 + taxes = 30.00
- 7 to 9 business days prior to the game for $49.55 + taxes = 55.00
Reschedule Requests are not a guarantee. We will notify you if they are accepted or not.
Once the game has been rescheduled there is absolutely no refund regardless of the circumstances.
Teams are also allowed and encouraged to identify two scheduling conflicts on their registration form which may be considered when the schedule is created.
