Teams are allowed ONE reschedule request per season. Full details are in the Rescheduling Games section of our Rules & Regulations.
It is not the choice of the teams/players if a game is cancelled. Games will result as 0-0 forfeit, penalties applied, and the game will not be rescheduled if both teams are absent without office approval.
Games will NOT be considered unless the fee and reschedule request form have both been received by the SAS office. Soccer Centre admission staff do not qualify as SAS staff.
The Reschedule Requests rates are the following:
- 10 or more business days prior to the game for $27.03 + taxes = 30.00
- 7 to 9 business days prior to the game for $49.55 + taxes = 55.00
Teams CANNOT request a reschedule with less than 7 business days prior to their game.
We will not reschedule games with less than 7 business days to the games unless special circumstances apply.
Reschedule Requests are not a guarantee. We will notify you if they are accepted or not.
Once the game has been rescheduled there is absolutely no refund regardless of the circumstances.
Teams are also allowed and encouraged to identify two scheduling conflicts on their Team Registration form which will be considered when the schedule is created.
